Halloween

The Halloween Party was a great success and I think everyone had a really good time. I didn't realize until it was over that I did not take enough pictures- and I didn't even get pictures of the 3 of us. So shame on me! I did get a few though, and our lovely friend Trina Knudsen took a bunch of pics- and I am hoping to snag a few off of her. Here is what I have!

Here is our costume contest winner- my sister and her husband were a two-person tall grim reaper. They even had little cards that she would hand to you that said "You have been marked by death!" It was awesome!!

Then of course we had a donut eating contest, and it was quite entertaining. We also played a few good rounds of Mafia, threw some glow in the dark bouncy balls around the cultural hall and had an overall good time. Thanks to all those who came- and sorry to those who couldn't make it. We missed you!

Then of course it was Halloween. So we got all decked out in our costumes again to go visit grandparents.

Ryan took his part a little too seriously. I think he looked pretty cool :) He had been saying for a few days that he wanted to cut his hair really short- which he has never done, but he decided that he definitely wanted to do it, so when we got Mina down for bed, we cut off all his spikes and then I took the trimmer to his head- and here is what we came up with! I think it looks pretty good.
